Well, I'm pretty much done with the country. Between the water bugs, ants, crickets, and spiders all keeping us company at the breakfast table, I think I've had enough.
Hey everyone, I'm Scottish, reform Jewish, Texan, and among a whole bunch of other stuff, American. I've got a strong sense of all sides of my heritage. Soccer and track are what I do--in fall and spring, at least; otherwise I'm basically a potato. I love, love, love to write, read, and draw, and find drawing especially therapeutic; all I'd need on a desert island is a pencil and paper. I may have moved from my hometown Austin, and I might have left my favorite Brooklyn, but I'm still full of Southerner--and New Yorker--pride. (Thus, we named our pet cats Austin and Brooklyn. Sadly, they had to be given away.) Oh and yeah, I'm lactose-intolerant. So in case you were planning on getting me one of those awesome Harry and David gift basket ensembles, skip the milk chocolate.
