In June, my dad promised me that he'd get a contractor to plaster my room in September and that he'd have it painted by October. Understandably, I was excited.
BUT NOW IT IS STILL UGLY!
The contractor never called back, my dad never took initiative, and so my room remains a hideous yellow. I am so mad.
There are a few things to learn from this, though:
1. Men lie
2. If you want something, you gotta go out and get it yourself
3. Contractors are to be shunned

i do believe that u are being completely bias to contractors and men alike...this is a rather shameful dent in character! Just because contractors swindle poor people out of their money in many instances and men do lie (all the time) doesnt mean you should say it aloud.
p.s
I commented happy now?
hi silly- why don't YOU take initiative and paint it yourself?
